Manon Kahle was born and raised in the backwoods of Vermont, attended to the arts-rich Putney School High School and went on to graduate from Smith College in Northampton, MA, where she studied Theater and French. After a year in New York City, she moved to Berlin, continuing her studies in acting and also delving into design and illustration. Currently she works as an actress, voice-over artist, graphic designer and is putting out a new record of original compositions with her indie folk/modern roots band, Yellow Bird.
