Feral Trade Café

Location:
House of World Cultures

Feral Trade (import-export) has been trading goods over social networks since 2003. The word 'feral' describes a process that is wilfully wild (as in pigeon) as opposed to romantically or nature-wild (wolf). Feral Trade concentrates on small-scale releases of migrant grocery products, sourced direct from their suppliers and circulated along social routes, in the excess baggage space of existing movements, primarily using other artists, curators, friends and relations as mules. An underground freight network as least as reliable as DHL.

For the free culture incubator program, Feral Trade will operate a stall with demonstrations of new Feral Trade product, courier sign-up, plus recently imported refreshments served.
