transmediale.09 Streams Help Page

transmediale.09 features two live streams. You can decide which stream you would like to watch by looking at the programme of streamed events.

There are then two options to connect to the ogg audio/video stream.  The first option will be via a web-based stream window. This displays best using the browser Firefox which you can download here.

You can view the live stream and chat in your browser by clicking here:

Alternatively, you can watch the streams in an external media player. To do this, follow these steps:

1) Download VLC, the cross-platform media player.
2) Decide which stream you want to watch and open VLC
3) In VLC, access the "Open Network" window (in the Media menu) and copy and paste the URL below of the stream you wish to watch:

Salon: http://streams.transmediale.de:8000/tm09salon.ogg
Auditorium: http://streams.transmediale.de:8000/tm09auditorium.ogg
