Ho Tzu-Nyen's Newton is a loop of a simple chain reaction. A white book falls on a young, white-haired man, he begins to browse the blank pages, types something into a blank computer screen, prints out blank pages and calls out "action" with a megaphone, whereupon a finger pushes a white book from a shelf.

Through the title, narrative, stark visuals and meditative soundtrack, Newton offers a laconic comment on the cognitive faculty of science and art.
